RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to acquire new insurance customers.
- Present and explain insurance products and coverages tailored to customers’ needs.
- Guide customers through policy applications, endorsements, and renewals with a consultative sales approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to foster customer retention and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing expert product knowledge and superior service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with new customers.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or customer acquisition is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic sales environment.
